Fee Structure & Deductions

At Your Choice Charities and Auction, we are committed to transparency in our fee structure to maximize support for the charities you choose.

Auction Terms & Deductions

  • We do not charge a buyer’s premium or listing fee.
  • Instead, a deduction from the final sale price (not a traditional fee) goes directly to the chosen charity.
  • If no selling features are selected, a flat deduction of 8% or less applies to cover seller options, payment processing, website maintenance, and administrative costs.

Shipping Reimbursement & Donations

  • Sellers can waive shipping reimbursement, donating the amount to their selected charity.
  • If not waived, sellers receive full shipping reimbursement, but a $10.00 fee is deducted from the charity’s proceeds to cover check issuance and handling.
  • Starting December 30, 2024, shipping reimbursement donations will be streamlined to avoid issuing separate checks, further reducing costs.

Listing Fees & Optional Features

  • Main Category Listing – FREE
  • Additional Listing Features:
    • Add to an extra category: $1.50
    • Short description: $0.50
    • Extra images (beyond 8 free): $0.25 per image
    • Reserve price (hidden minimum bid): $0.50
    • Buyout price (instant purchase option): FREE
    • Featured listing:
      • Homepage: $2.50
      • Category page: $1.50
      • Highlighted listing: $0.50
